Our Handmade Live Edge Chopping Boards can be engraved on one side whilst the other has a natural finish embracing a more rustic and natural finish. 

You can have anything such as a name, date or place engraved on the side as well as choosing a custom length and adding handles . As our boards are made of solid oak, the handles make them easier to manoeuvre and use as a serving board. 

  • The oak is carefully selected to have knots and naturally vibrant grain which is then enhanced with a special natural food safe mineral oil.
  • We finish the natural live edge ourselves, rather than using the outermost part of the tree, which is too soft for chopping boards. This allows you to enjoy the beauty of the live edge while benefiting from the durability of solid oak.
  • The chopping boards are completely customisable! Simply choose the name, date, quote or location and let it bring a smile to their face every time they use this product.
  • We’re able to add logos or symbols to your design and you can make changes to the design after purchase.
  • Handcrafted from sustainably sourced wood in our Devon workshop.
  • We’ll communicate closely with you throughout the process and always show a proof design before carving.

Delivery Times

Once you're happy with the design, it takes 8-12 working days (depending on the option you choose) to create the product by hand, before being sent out with Parcelforce on a tracked UK shipping service.

Seasonal changes can also cause slight movement in the timber, which is completely normal and expected as part of its aging process.

After Care

Regular care is essential to keep your product in top condition. We recommend treating the wood with Danish oil or a similar timber treatment to nourish and protect it. This helps prevent drying out, discoloration, staining, cracking, and warping, ensuring its longevity and beauty over time.
