How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Send us an email to make any changes to an order, don’t forget to provide the order number found on the purchase email.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, send us an email with the order number and we’ll come up with a solution straight away.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns for any non-personalised orders. However cannot accept returns for an item that has personalisation or has been made to fit your requirements. Unless the item has a defect, or is incorrect.
Is it possible to get an invoice?
Let us know via email and we will send an electronic invoice to your email.
What payment options are available?
Credit, debit (processed by Stripe) or Paypal.
Can I track the delivery?
Yes, we will send a tracking code to your email address. If you can’t find it then let us know and we will send it again for you.
Can I have my product delivered elsewhere than home?
Yes, simply fill out the delivery information to the address that you would like the item delivered too. If this changes then please let us know as soon as you can.
Can I return the packaging?
The packaging is all recycled cardboard, we would love to reuse it again but if you don’t want to send it back, then simply use your recycling system at home.
What do I do if I never received my order?
If you never receive your order then please let us know and we will do our best to track it down and get it re-delivered for you.
